Others have been modified to be made at home easily, and are the product of our years of expertise and our love for homemade food. I have a recipe that is so good and so easy, it doesn’t even make sense. It’s called chicken rollatini. Or if you want to call it by its Italian name, it’s Involtini di Pollo. Whatever you decide to call it, it’s an awesome stuffed chicken dish.

If you are making Italian meatballs and are wondering how to cook them, I have a pretty easy and delicious method. I consider myself an Italian meatball expert these days. I’ve made a ton of meatballs at the restaurant and for catering jobs, and I love the way I’m about to teach you.

From what I see on the other side of the pond, there's something going on in the U.S. about California Pizza Kitchen. I didn't quite catch if they're closing or changing their menu, but everyone is online googling "cpk pesto cream penne recipe". I had never heard of that food chain before writing this post, but there must be a reason why so many people are trying to learn this recipe. So I did my due research and tried to make something similar at home. The result? It was delicious!

If you haven’t been living under a rock, I’m sure you’ve been seeing the Classico lasagna recipe everywhere you’ve been going. You know, the one with the creamy alfredo sauce. The chopped spinach. It’s a new take on lasagna, one without meat sauce, Italian sausage, or ground beef, and we’re so here for it. But if you know us, you know we love to experiment.
