You really can’t go wrong with any of this.
Lucky for you, we’ve compiled a master list of all of our favorite chicken sub recipes for you to try.
Some of these are on our menu, some aren’t.

Chicken Parm Sandwich
If you know us, you know we’re no strangers to these kinds of chicken sandwiches.
We are huge fans over here.
And here’s why:
There’s nothing better than one of the most traditional delicious recipes, stuffed in between a piece of bread (for this picture, we used french bread).
We take all of our boneless skinless chicken breasts, pound them thin, bread them with egg wash and bread crumbs, and fry them in olive oil in a large skillet, making the most beautiful chicken cutlets you’ve ever seen.
This cheesy chicken sub is timeless, can be used with any kind of sauce, and is always a crowd favorite.

Buffalo Chicken Sub/Panini
This might be one of the most popular subs on our menu, and it’s even great in sub form.
Take some chicken cutlets, fried chicken wings, or any other kind of chicken that you have on hand, chop them up, and toss them around with some garlic herb butter and Frank’s Red Hot sauce.
Pile the buffalo chicken on top of your bread of choice, and top with the remaining provolone, lettuce, tomato, and fresh mozzarella cheese.
Press the sandwich in a panini maker, or get a grill pan, melt in mayo, and grill the sandwich old school style.
Or, just opt to toast the whole sandwich, putting it on a sub roll.
Dip the final product in ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing, or extra buffalo sauce.
The Zip
What’s better than the biggest sandwich you’ve ever seen stuffed with boneless chicken breasts pounded into chicken cutlets, golden brown provolone cheese slices, a massive sauteed bell pepper and onion mixture, tomato sauce, and grated Romano cheese?
Nothing, that’s what.
And our customers would have to agree with you.

@mortadellahead I think we just made your new favorite sub: The Zip! Chicken cutlets, provolone cheese, peppers, onions, tomato sauce, sharp provolone. 🇮🇹 #bostontiktok #italiansandwich #chickencutlets
Chicken Milanesa
This is one of my personal favorite recipes.
The tangy balsamic.
The tomatoes, red onion slices, minced garlic cloves, and lettuce.
The shaved provolone cheese.
Top it all with a crispy chicken cutlet, and you’re good to go.
This is one of the most popular Italian recipes out here, and we’re here making it into a sub. Check out the written recipe, or watch the video below to see how to make this!

Chicken Caesar Salad Sub
And last but not least, is the only proper way to eat a caesar salad.
I think this one would have to be my favorite.
I mean come on.
Everyone knows that when it’s time to pick out the top chicken salad of your choice, it’s pretty damn hard to compete with chicken caesar.
But sometimes a massive bowl of lettuce isn’t filling enough.
Enter our creation: The chicken caesar club.
Well, maybe we didn’t create it.
But imagine how it would be if you took the best chopped caesar salad you’ve ever eaten in your life, tossed it all together in a large bowl, and stuffed it into a big fat sando, nixing the shredded chicken pieces and subbing them for one massive chicken cutlet?
Heaven.
That’s what this recipe is all about.
Watch the video below and make the chicken caesar salad sub for yourself!
