We didn’t just want to make Italian food. We wanted to know every detail, every story behind what we were serving. So, we’ve traveled through Italy and learned from the masters. Here’s every secret we brought back…

We also partner with a few friends from Italy who regularly share their local traditions on our blog. Go check their posts and learn everything about Italian food!

I was fortunate enough to sit down with Linnea from @617bites this past week. Aside from working full-time in the science field, Linnea also runs one of the most popular food accounts in the Boston area. Here, we talk about how she got her start as a foodie influencer, what it means to take a good photo, and some of her favorite spots to visit.

As soon as October rolls around, you better believe I am starting it back up again with the best sheet pan recipes. And that is how I’ve been introduced to my new favorite thing: the chicken sausage.

Last week, I had the pleasure of sitting down and talking with Angela Miley of @thesecarbsdontcount, Boston’s biggest food blog & the creator of the #carbtini! Here, we talk about what her life looks like as a full time foodie

This week, I sat down with my good friend, Jules Grondin, who has been living in Denver and thriving among the vibrant brewery scene. She recently completed a tour where she visited microbreweries each day for a month straight, seeing all that the craft beer industry had to offer. And boy, did she discover some great places.

I usually post quick and easy recipes that are ready in less than 20 minutes. This time, however, I want to share something that requires a little more effort and patience, but will reward you with its unique and delicate taste: bucatini with cabbage pesto sauce.

This week, I had the pleasure of speaking with Michele Giuli, one of Mortadella Head’s very own blog writers. Born, raised, and living in the heart of Italy, Michele shares authentic Italian recipes and traditions all over the Mortadella Head website, and to many other blogs that he works for. Here, Michele and I speak about the meaning of Italian tradition and enjoying a good meal, what it means to be a blogger in his region of the world, and his secrets to creating the most perfect recipes.
