Plus, many people drive past the city of Concord on their way to and from the White Mountains, making it the perfect place to stop for a delicious pizza.
So next time you’re driving past the gold roof of the State House on the highway and are thinking of stopping for a bite, tell Uno Pizzeria and Olive Garden to step aside. These locally owned establishments in Concord NH will blow you away!

Recently voted best pizza in the area, Vinnie’s Pizzaria doesn’t mess around!
It’s your typical pizza parlor, but the food is to die for. They have all of the best kinds of toppings and flavors, and have the perfect cheese to sauce ratio.
What’s great about this place is that they have an ongoing customer appreciation promotion. 2 large cheese pizzas are only $21.99, which is a hard price to come by nowadays!
Whether you’re driving through Concord or sticking around for a bit, make sure you pay a visit to Vinnie’s.
Constantly Pizza

Open for three decades, Constantly Pizza is the story of two brothers who put their classic Italian recipes to good use, with the help of their father.
Constantly Pizza is a classic staple in the central New Hampshire community. Ask any local, and they’ll tell you that you have to visit Constantly when you get up to Concord – it’s almost like a right of passage.
The dough and sauce are both housemade, and the meats, cheeses, and other toppings are sliced and prepped in house every single day. The Concord location even has desserts; including homemade cannolis!
This great place is a must try in Concord—you have to go and visit!
Nonna’s Place

The owners take the best of the best authentic recipes and use them to serve customers each and every day.

Brookside Pizza and Tap Public House comes right from the heart of Brooklyn, NY, and is the story of two couples with a lifelong passion and goal for providing customers with a fabulous location to spend quality time with their friends and family.
This restaurant features daily made homemade dough, providing customers with a top notch pizza restaurant experience.
Aside from pizzas, they also make equally delicious calzones.
Every single menu item is a must try, but you’d be doing it wrong if you didn’t stop for a slice on your way through Concord!
CC Tomatoes

Move over, Bertucci’s, CC Tomatoes is *the* place to get a brick oven pizza in the area.
Open since 2005, this great place is carefully run by longtime chefs with decades of experience in the business.
CC Tomatoes has the finest brick oven pizza anywhere. My personal favorite is the Shrimp Porto Fino, lemon pepper cream sauce topped with shrimp, mozzarella, diced tomatoes and hots.
This is the gold standard for fine Italian food in Concord—you don’t want to miss it!
Checkmate Pizza

Checkmate Pizza is unique to the Concord area for one specific reason—they make Sicilian pizza!
That’s right, this straightforward pizza joint doesn’t only sell round pies. Satisfy your craving for the fluffy, airy pizza crust with a slice from Checkmate.
This is a strictly to-go pizza place, meaning this is the perfect place to grab a pie for the car.
Aside from pizza, Checkmate also serves delicious calzones, subs, and fresh salads. It’s truly a Concord staple!
