Ingredients

2 5 oz. cans of solid white tuna fish in water
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon of Kosher salt
½ teaspoon of black pepper
½ teaspoon of dijon mustard
1 stalk of celery finely diced
1 tablespoon of finely diced scallions
1 tablespoon of plain breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Instructions
- Empty the tuna cans with the water into a large mixing bowl
- Flake the tuna apart with a couple of forks
- Add all of your other ingredients
- Mix everything together well
- Add to a sub roll or sliced bread.
