  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 2 1x

½ cup of butter

1 ½ cup heavy whipping cream

2 cups freshly grated parmesan cheese

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

46 cloves garlic, minced

68 homemade Italian meatballs

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1 tbsp olive oil

1 sub roll

2 tbsp basil pesto

  1. Heat up a frying pan over medium heat. Once heated, drizzle olive oil into the pan.

  2. Melt butter, stirring constantly until melted.

  3. Add in garlic, and cook until fragrant.

  4. Add in heavy cream, grated parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper, stirring frequently until heated through.

  5. Cut your meatballs in half, tossing into the sauce when finished. Let everything heat together on medium-high heat.

  6. Once sauce and meatballs are thoroughly heated, place all of the ingredients into a sub roll.

  7. Top with some shredded mozzarella cheese, and heat in the oven until the cheese is melted.

  8. When cheese is melted, add some basil leaves and pesto to the creamy white sauce right before serving.

  9. Cut in half and enjoy!
