Pumpkin Spice Cannoli Recipe; The Best Fall Dessert

  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground clove
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Cannoli shells, store bought or homemade

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, pumpkin puree, and vanilla extract. If you don’t have a stand mixer with a whisk attachment, a hand whisk will work just fine.
  2. As you mix these ingredients together, slowly fold in the powdered sugar and seasonings. Mix until everything has come together into a beautiful batch of cannoli cream.
  3. Put your mixture in a piping bag and fill the shells up with the pumpkin ricotta flavoring.
  4. Dust with cinnamon, allspice, and powdered sugar before eating for best results.
  5. *Optional: serve with mini chocolate chips if you prefer.
