- 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground clove
- 1 tsp salt
- Cannoli shells, store bought or homemade
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, pumpkin puree, and vanilla extract. If you don’t have a stand mixer with a whisk attachment, a hand whisk will work just fine.
- As you mix these ingredients together, slowly fold in the powdered sugar and seasonings. Mix until everything has come together into a beautiful batch of cannoli cream.
- Put your mixture in a piping bag and fill the shells up with the pumpkin ricotta flavoring.
- Dust with cinnamon, allspice, and powdered sugar before eating for best results.
- *Optional: serve with mini chocolate chips if you prefer.
