Easy Pepperoni Pizza Lasagna

Description

This pepperoni lasagna pizza is one of my new all time favorites. We guarantee the whole family will love this. The pepperoni and rabe replaces the ground beef found in a traditional lasagna, giving the whole dish a nice, peppery zing. A component you never knew lasagna needed.

Ingredients

-1 cup pepperoni

-2 cups ricotta cheese

-6 lasagna sheets

-1 cup broccoli rabe

-2 cups marinara sauce

-1 cup mozzarella cheese

-1 oz Calabrian chili mayo

-6 slices provolone cheese

-1/2 cup parmesan or grated Romano cheese


Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°

Spread sauce over the bottom of a lasagna tray

Add lasagna sheets, followed by ricotta

Add provolone cheese and grated Romano

Repeat, adding pepperoni and rabe onto the second layer after the provolone and Romano

Add your final layer, this time adding mozzarella pizza cheese after the provolone and Romano

Top with pepperoni, broccoli rabe, and more grated Romano

Cook from 40-45 minutes

Drizzle with Calabrian chili mayo before serving
