Easy Baked Parmesan Cod Recipe

1 package dry cod fillets

1 cup parmesan cheese

2 cups panko breadcrumbs

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

2 tsp salt

2 tsp pepper

1 tsp crushed red pepper

1 tsp sweet paprika

1 cup flour

3 eggs, beaten


  1. Preheat the oven to 420° F
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and drizzle with olive oil
  3. Pour the Panko breadcrumbs, seasoning, and parmesan into a large bowl. Mix thoroughly to combine
  4. Beat eggs in a small bowl with a fork and season with salt and pepper
  5. Dredge the fish in flour, in the egg wash
  6. Place fillets into the bread crumb mixture, making sure fish is thoroughly coated
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the top of the fish is golden brown
  8. Squeeze some fresh lemon juice over the top and serve
