12 cups of pizza toppings of your choice

¾ cup whole milk ricotta cheese

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  4. Disperse toppings evenly across the pizza dough.
  5. Using a spoon, drop small scoops of ricotta cheese onto the pizza, dispersed evenly.

  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the dough is thoroughly cooked and the cheese is melty and golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil and other cold toppings, as desired.
