2 chicken cutlets
1 sub roll
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of basil pesto
3 slices of provolone cheese
1 cup of arugula
3 slices of tomato
Balsamic glaze
Salt and pepper
Ingredients
- Mix mayo with one tablespoon of pesto
- Spread pesto mayo on both sides of the bread
- Place chicken cutlets on bottom half of roll
- Spread remainder of pesto on chicken
- Place slices of provolone cheese on top of cutlets
- Evenly distribute arugula on top of cheese
- Add tomato slices
- Season with salt and pepper
- Drizzle balsamic glaze
- Cover sandwich with top of sub roll
- Enjoy!
