Crispy Fried Zucchini Recipe Card

Ingredients

  •  Zucchini
  • Flour
  • Eggs
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon wedges


Instructions

  1. Slice zucchini evenly and lightly salt. Let sit, then pat dry thoroughly. 
  2. Set up three bowls with flour, egg batter, and breadcrumbs.
  3. Dredge zucchini in flour, dip into egg batter, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Fry zucchini in batches until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Drain briefly on paper towels and season with salt.
  7. Serve hot with lemon wedges and a squeeze of lemon.
