Fresh artichokes

Instructions
- Preheat the oven.
- Rinse artichokes and remove small tough outer leaves.
- Trim the pointy tips with kitchen shears and slice off the top inch.
- Cut off the end of the stem, leaving some attached.
- Scoop out the fuzzy choke if necessary.
- Rub all cut surfaces with lemon juice.
- Slice artichokes in half and drizzle with olive oil and sea salt.
- Place garlic cloves between the inner leaves or on the pan.
- Roast cut side down until tender and caramelized.
- Finish with more lemon juice and olive oil before serving.
