Ingredients
Scale
2 cups of fresh basil leaves
2 tablespoons of pine nuts
2 cloves of fresh garlic
½ cup of extra virgin olive oil
½ cup of freshly grated parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add basil, garlic, pine nuts, salt and pepper to food processor or blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- With machine still running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil.
- Transfer ingredients from the blender to a bowl and fold in the grated cheese.
- Enjoy!
