My Roast Beef Sandwich w/Fresh Mozzarella Cheese

Ingredients

Scale

1 sub roll

8 ounces of thin sliced roast beef

1 ball of fresh mozzarella

​2 tablespoons of spicy mayo

3 slices of tomato

4 slices of roasted peppers

Salt, pepper and olive oil


Instructions

  1. Split your sub roll completely in half
  2. Spread the spicy mayo on both halves of the roll
  3. Pile on your roast beef
  4. Slice the fresh mozzarella and place it on the roast beef
  5. Add the tomato and roasted peppers
  6. Season with salt and pepper
  7. Drizzle some olive oil over the top
  8. Enjoy!
