Ingredients

4 ribeye steaks
3–4 gloves of fresh garlic, minced
3 tablespoons of fresh parsley, minced
¼ cup of extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons of Kosher salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions
- Massage steaks with olive oil
- Season well with salt and pepper
- Rub in the garlic and parsley
- Allow the steaks to marinate for at least 20 minutes
- Preheat grill to highest heat
- Rub grill grates with olive oil
- Place steaks on the grill for 4 minutes
- Flip steaks and cook on the other side for 3 minutes
- Remove steaks from the grill and let them rest on a plate for about 15-20 minutes.
