- 1 cup natural creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the peanut butter, brown sugar, and egg in a large bowl until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Scoop tablespoonfuls of dough and roll them into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart.
- Flatten each ball slightly with the back of a fork, creating a criss-cross pattern.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the edges start to turn golden brown.
- Cool the cookies on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
