3 ripe fresh peaches, peeled and roughly chopped
1 cup prosecco
1.5 ounces peach liqueur
½ cup ice cubes
Peach slices and fresh mint for garnish
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients (except the garnishes) in a high-speed blender and blend on high until the ice cubes are completely pulverized.
- Add more ice or prosecco as needed to achieve an ideal consistency.
- Garnish with peach slices and a sprig of mint, then enjoy with a straw.
Notes
Feel free to use frozen peaches, but reduce the amount of ice to maintain the proper consistency.
