Italian Sweet Cream Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • A pinch of fine sea salt

Instructions

  1. Chill all ingredients before you start, especially the whipped cream to give it a smoother blend
  2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl at medium speed until it gradually thickens
  3. Give it a taste and add condensed milk or vanilla extract if you want it sweeter

Tip: Use a food processor to make it faster.
