10.5 oz of either self-rising or all-purpose flour 1 (300 g)
5 oz brown or white sugar (150 g)
4 + 1/2 fl oz extra-virgin olive oil (120 g)
1 large egg at room temperature
1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
