Ingredients

1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon dried parsley
½ teaspoon dried rosemary
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon salt, or to taste
½ cup extra virgin olive oil, plus more as needed
Instructions
- Combine minced garlic and all of the herbs and spices in a small mixing bowl. Stir well.
- Transfer the mixture to shallow bowls and fill each bowl with olive oil. Serve with your favorite bread or rolls. Add more oil as needed.
