Bertucci’s Olive Oil Dip for Bread | Easy Copycat

Ingredients

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried basil

½ teaspoon dried oregano

½ teaspoon dried parsley

½ teaspoon dried rosemary

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon salt, or to taste

½ cup extra virgin olive oil, plus more as needed


Instructions

  1. Combine minced garlic and all of the herbs and spices in a small mixing bowl. Stir well.
  2. Transfer the mixture to shallow bowls and fill each bowl with olive oil. Serve with your favorite bread or rolls. Add more oil as needed.
